2. Can I buy directly from Falcon?

   Unfortunately, not. Falcon Agricultural Equipment (PTY) Ltd., as a manufacturer and wholesaler, only sells whole goods (implements) and spare parts through an authorised dealer network in South Africa and sub-Sahara Africa. Therefore, we would like to advise you visit the Falcon website at www.falconequipment.co.za and follow the “Find a Dealer“ tab where you will be able to find dealers in your area, as well as their contact information, for a quotation.



3. Where can I find the Amazone parts lists?

   Please go on to the Amazone website, www.amazone.net and follow these easy steps:
   1. Select English as your language preference found on the top right hand side.
   2. On the second toolbar, click on Service & Support, then on the heading Spare parts database.
   3. If possible, before contacting your nearest dealer or placing an order, please go on the Amazone SPARE PART PORTAL. Under each product selection you will find the various models. By clicking on the model you require, you are able to search in all spare parts lists and view the exploded diagrams and photos.

4. What is the difference between an EV and a V Haymaker®?

   There are two versions of the implements with 1,5 m and 1,8 m cutting widths: the V (Veld Cutter) and the EV (Extended Veld Cutter). The deck of the EV is ±300 mm wider on the left-hand side than the V equivalent. This design allows for a larger space for the cuttings to move out of the blade path into a windrow. This configuration further reduces the possibility of double chopping and creates a bigger and wider windrow, which assists the baling process. In the case of lucerne and teff (softer grass), we recommend the EV, which is fitted with specially designed high-lift blades (H1460) that create a vacuum which will lift the material and also direct it into a window. This will result in a cleaner and more effective cut.
